How to Download a Suno Share Link (/s/ or /song/)

By Editorial Team · Updated October 19, 2026

Download audio from a Suno share link. Learn which links work, how to resolve short links and what to check if a song cannot be prepared.

Start with a link to one song

Suno links can point to songs, playlists or creator profiles. For the audio downloader, copy a link to one song. The accepted forms are https://suno.com/song/SONG-ID, a short https://suno.com/s/SHARE-CODE link, or a complete song ID.

A playlist or profile URL is not a single-song link. Use the playlist tool for a playlist instead of pasting it into the audio form.

Download from a short share link

  1. Open the song in Suno and copy its Share link.
  2. Visit the Suno downloader and paste the full link into the text field.
  3. Choose MP3, WAV or Original, then select Prepare download.
  4. When the song title and save link appear, preview the audio and save the file.

The short code is not the song’s full ID. The downloader first reads the shared page and resolves it to the song. A page that is unavailable, private or no longer points to a song can prevent that lookup.

If preparation fails

  • Check the destination: open the link in your browser and confirm that it reaches the intended song.
  • Copy again: a missing character in a short link can point somewhere else or fail entirely.
  • Use the full song link: if Suno shows a /song/ address for the same track, copy that address.
  • Try Original: if song lookup succeeds but conversion fails, your browser may not support the source codec or may lack memory.
  • Try later: a network or service interruption may be temporary. The downloader does not automatically retry failed preparation.

What happens to the pasted link?

The browser requests song information through the configured download service, then requests the source audio. MP3 and WAV conversion runs locally on your device. The privacy policy covers site analytics and other data handling.

You do not need to sign in to Suno on this site. The tool is for publicly accessible songs you own or have permission to download. It cannot provide access to private songs or change the rights attached to a recording.

Choose an audio format

Use MP3 for compatible playback, WAV for PCM editing, or Original for an unchanged source copy. See the format comparison for quality and file-size details.
